Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Here we explain what data we collect through this website, what we use it for and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection (LOPDGDD).
Data controller
BODY WELLNESS, S.L. (Tax ID B63556211), Carrer de Còrsega, 371, 08037 Barcelona. Email: finance@ludusbarcelona.com. Phone: 934 591 567.
Data protection officer: Laura Baradari Herreros, admin@ludusbarcelona.com.
What data we process
Only what you give us:
- “Come and try” form: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number and, if you choose, what you would like to try.
- If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone: the details you include in your message.
- Technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) that the server logs automatically for security.
What we use it for
To contact you, find a time for your trial class and answer your questions. We don’t send advertising, build profiles or make automated decisions with your data.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form or contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Technical logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 6.1.f). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request. If you become a student, it will become part of your client record; if not, we will delete it within twelve months at the latest. Server logs are deleted periodically.
Who can see it
We don’t share your data with third parties unless required by law. Providers that act on our behalf under a confidentiality agreement are involved in running the website: web hosting and email.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) under its privacy policy, which may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for data portability and withdraw your consent. Write to finance@ludusbarcelona.com or to our postal address, stating which right you want to exercise and identifying yourself.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Children
If you are under 14, the request must be made by your parent or guardian, for example for the Kids and 12+ classes.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
